OMG, I am one hot mess these past few days!
I'm upset about my arms (lunch lady), all in my head abut the boy, not really training or doing much of anything except getting myself into a major funk.
I think the NY weather has finally gotten to me. Yes, I'm a skier, but I only like snow in VT, NOT on Long Island and we have a ton!
I'm allowing myself a few more days to sit in my funk, then I have to get myself out of it.
**update, I'm less funky, back to the good funky :)
