I'm typing this with sweat pouring down my arms...sooo gross, but sooo good.
Mon - off
Tue - off
Weds - 6am spped workout on the treadmill
Thurs - half hour spin, fast 1 mile on the treadmill, hot yoga
Fri - 4 miles
Sat - off, but walked a ton in the city
Sun - off
